Customer Service: In addition to your sales representative, you will be paired with a dedicated, technically knowledgeable, customer service representative. Yes, an actual individual with a name and a direct phone number and personal email. No calling into a customer service number to be bounced around and talk to peole unfamiliar with you or your website. You call your representative and he or she handles your request, usually on the spot.

Hosting: Websites are hosted on the same powerful server group that runs our own 50 state travel portals. So you know if there ever is a problem, it’ll be handled immediately. All sites we run are perfectly mirrored on a second auxiliary server, so we always have the ability to simply switch over to the other server if a problem is persistent. We do full backups nightly.  We automatically handle all licensing for website and database software. No extra costs ever for any of it to you.
